What are your business hours?
​
Our business hours are Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 5:00pm.
​
Event hours are:
Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 7:00pm, 8:00am - 8:00pm for All Day bookings
Friday - Sunday 10:00am - 8:00pm, 9:00am - 10:00pm for All Day bookings

We also offer:
Shower Sundays 10:00am - 3:00pm or 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Do I need to schedule a time to view the venue?
​
Yes, because we don’t want to interrupt an ongoing event, we do require appointments.

How can I make an appointment?
​
We’d love the opportunity to meet in person and visit with you about your event. You can

What is the capacity of the venue?
​
Renown Suite B is approximately 950 square feet and generally accommodates 50 guests
depending on the event.

What forms of payment do you accept?
​
We require a credit card to be on file during the entirety of your event. We accept
Visa, MasterCard and American Express
​

How can I put a hold on a specific date and time?
​
To hold a specific date and time we require a signed contract along with a deposit
of 50% of the total. The balance will be due 30 days prior to the event start date, plus a
refundable damage deposit. Bookings less than 30 days out will require the full
amount plus refundable damage deposit to be paid at the time the contract is signed.

What if I change my mind and want a different date?
​
We understand that plans can change. If, within 30 days of the original booking date you
request a date and time change, providing the new requested date and time are
available, we will honor your original deposit. Changes may not be made beyond 30 days
of the original booking date. Should postponements be necessary due to Acts of God or
governmental actions such as lock downs, we will make every effort to work with you to
reschedule within one year from the originally scheduled date.

What if I decide to cancel?

Except for the damage deposit, unless due to Acts of God or governmental actions, all
payments are nonrefundable. If cancellation notice is received prior to 48 hours of the
event start date and time, the damage deposit will be refunded.

May we serve food?
​
Yes. Food may be brought in and served, but not prepared. We recommend using
professional caterers.

May we serve alcohol?
​
We allow only champagne, wine and beer to be served. A qualified bartender and a
security guard are required for which there will be an additional charge.
